Based in Bali, you will work closely with senior management to develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls. You will be responsible for managing the company's financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes, as well as overseeing the financial performance of the business. With your deep understanding of financial management and strategic planning, you will help drive the company's growth and ensure its financial health.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability.
• Manage the company's financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Oversee the financial performance of the business and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Lead a team of financial professionals and provide guidance and support.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
• Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records and reports.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, auditors, and financial institutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of driving financial growth and improving financial performance.
• Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, and financial regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in a retail or consumer goods industry is a plus.
