📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage daily operations, including reservations, guest services, and marketing campaigns.
• Leverage social media platforms to enhance our online presence and engage with our audience.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive bookings.
• Coordinate with our team to ensure seamless guest experiences and high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Analyze marketing data to identify trends and optimize our campaigns.
• Maintain and update our website and online booking systems.
• Assist in the planning and execution of special events and promotions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and best practices in the hospitality industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry.
• Proficient in using social media platforms and marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or similar.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Knowledge of local regulations and best practices in the hospitality industry.
