📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and beverage products to customers.,Maintain and clean coffee equipment and supplies.,Assist in inventory management and ordering of coffee beans and supplies.,Provide excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.,Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet daily sales targets.,Stay updated with the latest coffee trends and techniques.,Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.,Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Barista or in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work in a team and under pressure.,Familiarity with POS systems and basic inventory management.,Passion for coffee and commitment to delivering high-quality products.,Good physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods of time.
