📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Captain in managing and supervising the ship's crew.,Ensure the safety and efficiency of maritime operations.,Oversee the maintenance and repair of ship equipment.,Monitor and report on fuel consumption and ship performance.,Handle crew scheduling and ensure compliance with maritime regulations.,Assist in the planning and execution of cargo operations.,Coordinate with port authorities and other stakeholders.,Maintain a safe and secure work environment for all crew members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Captain or Deputy Captain.,Valid maritime license and certificates.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Knowledge of maritime regulations and safety procedures.,Experience in cargo operations is a plus.,Familiarity with ship maintenance and repair.,Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
