📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the entire export-import process, including documentation, customs clearance, and shipping
• Ensure compliance with local and international regulations and trade laws
• Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and customs authorities to ensure smooth trade operations
• Leverage SAP ERP, JDE EDI, and other logistics software to streamline processes and improve efficiency
• Monitor and report on trade performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
• Provide training and support to junior staff on customs clearance procedures
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customs clearance and international logistics
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, carriers, and customs authorities

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in customs clearance and international logistics
• Proven experience with SAP ERP, JDE EDI, and other logistics software
• Strong understanding of local and international regulations and trade laws
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Valid customs clearance certificate (e.g., Customs Broker License) is a plus
