📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of plant facilities, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks on equipment and machinery to prevent breakdowns and ensure safety.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs, upgrades, and replacements of equipment and machinery.
• Monitor and maintain environmental controls, including HVAC, lighting, and water systems, to ensure compliance with safety and sustainability standards.
• Train and mentor junior staff on maintenance procedures and safety protocols.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address operational issues and improve overall efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities supervision or plant operations and maintenance.
• Proven track record of successfully managing plant facilities and ensuring optimal performance.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures, safety protocols, and environmental controls.
• Certification in facilities management or a related field is a plus.
• Proficiency in using maintenance management software, such as SAP or CMMS.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to different sites as needed.
