📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily coffee operations, ensuring high-quality coffee is served to all customers.
• Train and mentor baristas to maintain and improve their skills.
• Manage inventory and ordering of coffee beans, equipment, and supplies.
• Develop and implement coffee recipes and menus to reflect our unique brand identity.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute marketing strategies.
• Participate in coffee competitions and industry events to stay current with trends and techniques.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Barista or similar role in the coffee industry.
• Proven ability to lead and train a team.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and steam wands.
• Certification in coffee preparation and quality assurance (e.g., SCA, or similar).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for coffee and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
