📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure food safety and quality standards are met.,Develop and implement new menu items and recipes.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Manage inventory and purchasing of food supplies.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth restaurant operations.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the overall restaurant strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of managing kitchen staff and ensuring high-quality food preparation.,Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with local and international cuisine.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field is a plus.
