We are currently looking for a dedicated and experienced HR Officer to join our team in Balikpapan, Kalimantan Timur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and company policies.,Handle employee relations, including grievances and disciplinary actions.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with payroll and benefits administration is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
