As a Captain, you will be responsible for managing and leading our team of crew members, ensuring smooth operations, and delivering exceptional service to our guests. This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility to work both in the office and on-site.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and lead a team of crew members, ensuring high levels of performance and productivity.,Plan and coordinate daily operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and task delegation.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a safe working environment.,Monitor and maintain equipment and vehicles, ensuring they are in good working condition.,Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and guests to address any issues or concerns.,Develop and implement training programs to improve team skills and knowledge.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in the hospitality or service industry.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members and guests.,Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for scheduling, resource management, and communication.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations, and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Flexibility to work in a hybrid environment, including on-site and remote work.
