📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage daily operations of the industrial center, ensuring adherence to safety and environmental standards.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
• Coordinate with government agencies and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with industrial regulations and standards.
• Manage and mentor a team of industrial center staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
