As a Japanese Language Instructor at Jellyfish Education Indonesia, you will be at the forefront of shaping the future of education in Indonesia. You will teach Japanese language courses to students of all levels, from beginners to advanced learners. You will use a variety of teaching methods and resources, including textbooks, multimedia, and interactive activities, to create an engaging and effective learning environment. Your daily tasks will include lesson planning, conducting classes, assessing student progress, and providing feedback.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Teach Japanese language courses to students of all levels, from beginners to advanced learners.
• Develop and deliver lesson plans that align with the curriculum and meet the needs of diverse learners.
• Use a variety of teaching methods and resources, including textbooks, multimedia, and interactive activities, to create an engaging and effective learning environment.
• Conduct regular assessments to evaluate student progress and provide feedback.
• Collaborate with other instructors and staff to ensure a high-quality learning experience for students.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in language teaching and incorporate them into your instruction.
• Participate in professional development activities and workshops to enhance your teaching skills.
• Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters student engagement and success.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Japanese Language, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in Japanese language.
• Proficiency in Japanese language (JLPT N1 or equivalent).
• Experience using educational technology and multimedia tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for teaching and commitment to student success.
• Familiarity with Japanese education system and methodologies is a plus.
