📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to staff members, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Maintain and update IT systems and software to ensure optimal performance.,Monitor network performance and address any issues that arise.,Assist in the installation and configuration of new IT equipment and software.,Create and maintain user accounts and access permissions.,Assist in the implementation of security measures to protect our IT infrastructure.,Provide training and support to staff members on the use of IT systems and software.,Document IT issues and resolutions for future reference.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software.,Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and Linux.,Understanding of network fundamentals and basic networking concepts.,Experience with IT support tools and software, such as ticketing systems and remote access tools.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
