In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing key relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.,Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.,Ensure client satisfaction and loyalty through regular communication and feedback.,Manage client contracts and ensure compliance with all terms and conditions.,Coordinate with internal teams to deliver high-quality services and solutions.,Represent the company at industry events and networking activities.,Monitor market trends and competition to identify opportunities for improvement.,Provide regular reports and updates on client performance and business development activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the healthcare industry.,Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools.,Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
