📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and training of employees.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Lead and mentor the HR team.,Handle employee benefits and compensation.,Coordinate with management to address HR needs and issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using HR management software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with performance management and talent development.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
