📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient running.,Manage a team of staff, providing training, motivation, and support.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Maintain a clean and well-organized outlet at all times.,Participate in inventory management and ensure stock levels are adequate.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and systems.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail industry and market trends.
