As an Outlet Staff, you will be responsible for managing the store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage store operations including stock control, pricing, and sales.,Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and handling customer complaints.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Assist in the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports.,Promote sales and special offers to customers.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assist in the training and development of new staff members.,Participate in inventory management and restocking activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail or customer service.,Proficient in Indonesian language, both written and spoken.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.,Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 10 kg.,Ability to work in a team environment.,Flexible and adaptable to changing work conditions.
