📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
  • Manage and supervise the production team, providing guidance and support.
  • Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of production targets.
  • Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Manage inventory and ensure adequate supply of raw materials.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Report to management on production progress and any issues that may arise.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in production management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control procedures.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Experience with ERP or production management software is a plus.
  • Fluent in Indonesian and English is a plus.
