Diamond Express Sejahtera is seeking a talented Pastry Chef to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and delivering high-quality pastries that meet our customers' expectations. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to our culinary success.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, including cakes, cookies, and other desserts.,Ensure all pastries are baked to perfection, with the right texture, flavor, and presentation.,Maintain and clean kitchen equipment and utensils to ensure a hygienic and efficient workspace.,Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards to prevent foodborne illnesses.,Work with the team to develop new pastry recipes and improve existing ones.,Manage inventory and ensure all ingredients are available for production.,Assist in training new staff members on pastry-making techniques and food safety.,Meet production targets and deadlines to ensure timely delivery of pastries.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of creating high-quality pastries.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with remote work tools and equipment.,Willingness to travel to the office for team meetings and training.,Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
