Tanggung Jawab:

  • Leading a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Providing training and support to sales associates to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Monitoring sales performance and providing regular feedback to team members.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of sales strategies and plans.
  • Promoting the company's products and services to customers.
  • Managing inventory and ensuring adequate stock levels.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to support promotional activities.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Proven experience in sales and team leadership in the optical health industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of optical products and services.
  • Experience in retail management is a plus.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
