📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the company's financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to management and regulatory bodies.,Provide strategic financial advice to management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.,Oversee the preparation and submission of tax returns, including corporate and personal income tax returns.,Monitor and manage the company's cash flow, ensuring adequate liquidity and financial stability.,Conduct regular financial reviews and analyses to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior accounting role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and Indonesian tax laws.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with management and other departments.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with financial reporting and analysis tools and techniques.
