📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver high-quality training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Create and maintain comprehensive training materials, including manuals, guides, and presentations.,Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs.,Mentor and coach junior instructors to ensure consistent training standards.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve training programs.,Collaborate with other departments to align training programs with organizational goals.,Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees to ensure they can apply their new skills effectively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in the insurance industry.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Proven ability to design and deliver effective training programs.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with various training methods and technologies.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
