📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure they run efficiently and effectively.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.,Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies to improve productivity.,Handle employee relations, including recruitment, training, and performance reviews.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Resolve operational issues and implement solutions to prevent recurrence.,Represent the company at meetings and events as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Familiarity with project management principles and tools.
