📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for our products and services.,Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of technical content.,Create user manuals, quick start guides, and other instructional materials.,Review and edit technical content to ensure clarity, consistency, and correctness.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Assist in the development of training materials and other educational resources.,Support the documentation process for new product releases and updates.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to explain them clearly.,Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.,Familiarity with documentation tools and software, such as MadCap Flare or Confluence.,Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.,Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
