📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and in-store interactions.
• Provide product information and assistance to customers.
• Process customer orders and manage returns and exchanges.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
• Assist in stock management and inventory control.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet customer needs and achieve sales targets.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate and helpful advice.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a retail or electronics environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or Zendesk.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 10 kg and stand for long periods of time.
