Gelato Server - Part-Time

In this role, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring every customer leaves with a smile and a delicious treat. You'll work in one of our vibrant locations, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung, creating a welcoming atmosphere where every visit feels like a special occasion.

As a Gelato Server, you'll be responsible for serving our signature gelato flavors, crafted with premium ingredients and served in creative, Instagram-worthy presentations. You'll need to have excellent communication skills to engage with customers, understand their preferences, and make recommendations that delight. This is a part-time role, offering flexibility to balance your other commitments while you share your passion for gelato with our guests.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a memorable dining experience.
• Prepare and present gelato in an artistic and appealing manner, using our signature flavors and toppings.
• Recommend gelato flavors based on customer preferences and dietary restrictions.
• Operate point-of-sale systems and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring high standards of hygiene and presentation.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed.
• Promote our brand and special offers to enhance customer engagement.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and other staff to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or food service is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse range of customers.
• Attention to detail and a strong commitment to hygiene and cleanliness.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with basic food safety and sanitation practices.
• Passion for gelato and a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and work in a physically active environment.
• Fluency in English is required, with knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia a plus.
