📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new employees, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
• Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and issues to maintain a positive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with all labor laws and company policies.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs.
• Support the HR team in Jakarta Pusat with various administrative tasks.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Human Resources role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR.
