As an IT Governance Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing IT governance frameworks, policies, and procedures. You will also conduct regular risk assessments and audits to ensure our IT systems are secure and compliant. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement IT governance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of IT governance controls.
Provide guidance and support to the IT team on IT governance best practices.
Ensure the security and confidentiality of sensitive data.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in IT governance and risk management.
Collaborate with stakeholders to address IT governance issues and concerns.
Prepare and present regular reports on IT governance activities to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in IT governance, risk management, or a related field.
Certifications such as CISM, CGEIT, or CRISC are a plus.
Proficient in using IT governance tools such as COBIT, ISO 27001, and NIST.
Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks and methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proven track record of achieving IT governance objectives and improving IT processes.
